Returns
At Range 23, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we supply. If something isn’t right, we’ll always work with you to resolve it fairly and quickly.
Returns Period
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Complete with all parts, packaging, and accessories
- In resellable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
If a return is required for these reasons, we will cover return postage costs.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must meet the condition requirements listed above
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or installed products
- Modified or altered items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
These restrictions are in place to ensure all customers receive new, unused equipment.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return instructions and the return address will then be provided.
