At Range 23, our products are designed and tested in real-world conditions to ensure they perform when it matters. We stand behind the quality of everything we supply and warrant our products against manufacturing defects for your peace of mind.

Warranty Period
All Range 23 products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.

If a product is found to be defective under normal intended use during this period, Range 23 will, at its discretion:
- Repair the item 
- Replace the item 
- Or issue a refund 

What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to:
- Manufacturing defects 
- Material faults 
- Assembly defects 
- Structural failure under normal, intended use 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear 
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect function 
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation 
- Damage caused by modifications or alterations 
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or storage 
- Compatibility issues with third-party equipment not specified as compatible 
- Consumable components or parts expected to wear with use 

Proper Use Requirement
Range 23 products are designed for specific applications and must be used responsibly and as intended. Use outside intended design limits or improper handling voids this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact:

Please include:
- Order number 
- Product name 
- Description of the issue 
- Photographs showing the problem (if applicable)

We may request the item be returned for inspection before approving a claim.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
- If a fault is confirmed → return shipping will be covered by Range 23 
- If no fault is found → return shipping costs may be charged to the customer 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Range 23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

This warranty is provided in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
